trrrewr Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I ordered this right thru ED at release (and actually bought the Russian version originally), but I have since moved to a different ISP so I no longer have access to my old email. Is there anything that can be done so I can get back in the flight seat? I don't remember my password and don't have access to my old email to retrieve a new one. I really don't want to buy Blackshark a third time. ;) Thanks

trrrewr Posted November 20, 2010 Author Posted November 20, 2010 Yup I actually do have a gmail account now as well, but none of it will help me with logging into my old account without some assistance. They're all actually the same name as the old one, and I can even verify the account used to pay for the game but I need some assistance from ED. I don't see anywhere to request it though without being able to log into my account. :( Really hoping I can get in some flight time over the holidays!

trrrewr Posted November 24, 2010 Author Posted November 24, 2010 (edited) Went to log in to the account I created yesterday to see if there was any update and it doesn't work, thought maybe I had mis-typed the password in yesterday since I couldn't log in. So I went to retreive the password for the account I just created yesterday and... "The user with such email address was not found on the site." Color me not enthused about ED's support system at this point lol. EDIT: OK was able to log in to it finally. Seemed I logged in directly to support, which is a separate account from the main ED site. Problem was that I couldn't get to the support section (which your link sent me directly to yesterday Panzertard) without first being logged in to the main ED site. :doh: Edited November 24, 2010 by trrrewr
