I've read through adding Multiple Monitors...need a little help.

and I'm pretty sure I understand it. The concept and basic understanding of it at least. I've been able to adjust my monitors and have the primary camera on my main screen and place the Two MFD's on a secondary screen.

This has been a good test, and went flawless.

I'm in the process of building a 'pit', though I'm not going to be spending an insane amount of money on gadgets and such. I have a set of Cougar MFD's en route and I'm two Samsung Syncmaster U70's to go with them.

So, This is what I actually want to do. Refer to the drawing below for what I want to do.

My question is, how do I do it. I only have a basic understanding of what to do, and simple modifications of the files required, but essentially this is what I want to do.

The standard forward HUD and such would be on the main 32inch screen. The various readouts and panels immediately under the HUD would be on the 24" monitor (in portrait angle), and then there would be the left MFD on the left 7" screen and the right MFD on the right 7" screen.

Pretty sure it's getting too complex for me to understand at this point of how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

As well, I'd like to know if we can add certain instruments to separate displays, such as the Airspeed Indicator, the VSI, the HSI, and so forth.

You can not add instruments to a separate display with out third party software (see Lock On Virtual Panel, Black Shark Virtual Panel, Falcon Gauges, SimMeters and Helios as examples). You can add another camera view which points at the instruments, but it will move as you pan and zoom the main camera as well.
