Yes it did. And I had no mods installed that affects lua files except 32 Su-27 skins.

 

Please proceed with troubleshooting this with a clean install. While most mods "should" not even get close to being able to cause something like this there are ways for funky things to happen. If the problem is there in a completely vanilla install this will merit a much closer look, if it isn't there you can start applying the mods one by one and see if the problem returns.

 

So please, reinstall and let it stay vanilla. If you have any overclocking going, please temporarily reset it. Even if it is an extremely unlikely candidate to cause something like this it does help to have as many variables as possible eliminated.

 

Another thing you can do is check what inputs are mapped to the various radar controls - maybe something autodetected into the wrong place and is causing confusion in the input routines whenever they're told to listen for radar commands?

Are you using keyboard or programmed HOTAS to turn radar on/off?

EDIT: never mind, I just read your post where you've said it happens if your stick is not connected and you use keyboard to press "I" key
