I don't have permission to read my problem page

I have just posted a question and it has been moved, when I try to read it, I get a message saying I dont have permission.

I have tried to change my email address to the one I purchased the sim with but I keep getting a message saying that email is in use.

So I dont know what to do now. A little help please!
