housefish17 Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 Does the beta support tracking software yet? I have the facetracknoIR software (not prepared to drop $150 on TrackIR yet), and it works fabulously with Il 2 Sturmovik. I haven't found any configuration for A-10C yet though. It would help tremendously, as there is a lot of things to look at in this cockpit Anyways if not yet, the sim is absolutely fantastic. I heard grumblings about the performance not being optimized yet, but should be fixed. I'm relatively new to flight sims (Il2 being my first real crack at one) and this one just has my wheels spinning with how much I have to learn to even be servicable in navigating this hog.
pitbldr Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 Hi, See if this helps: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=56837
jeffyd123 Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 It works! It is a bit jittery and you need a decent webcam and your face must be lit fairly well but it does work. I just installed it so I havent tweaked it very well yet But Im excited. There is a catch... The webcam Im using is a Logitech Orbit and costs about $100 but its a great webcam (2 MPixel). to use it in A-10 you will need to run the 32 bit version with fakeTrack which is detailed in the link above Jeff i7 8700K @ 4.4Ghz, 16G 3200 RAM, Nvidia 1080Ti, T16000 HOTAS, TIR5, 75" DLP Monitor
