Problem in FC2, lag/fps

Hi all, i have a awful problem, spended 3 days trying to fix, my friends helped me and no luck at all.

My pc specs are :

 

Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

Processor: Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs),

~2.4GHz

Memory: 4GB RAM

Hard Drive: 1 TB

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260

Monitor: LG L192WS

Sound Card: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)

Operating System: Windows Vista™ Ultimate (6.0, Build 6001) Service Pack 1 (6001.vistasp1_gdr.090302-1506)

 

This is what happens. Me and my friends fell like playing some FC2 again, so we reinstalled it.

First, me and one more dude installed it and got some mods with modman,etc and we played and worked 100% fine with patch 1.2.1

We play like 2-3 days straight like 7-8 matches.

One day it was bad wheater outside and connection what bad and electricity was going down over here. But i tough it was calming down so i went play with everyone.

Im flying my MiG-29S and my energy of house went down.

Than when it comes back i come back to the server and join them.

My game from that moment until today has been so ***** its not even funny.

I mean, its lower fps (nothing unplayable) and sound does this wierd noise sometimes like speakers were damaged (also acceptable i just lower volume in options and its ok)

You probaly thinking my pc,etc is damaged, it isnt, everything and everygame works 100% fine.

Only FC2 works bad, even normal LOMAC works fine.

What happens and what mostly pisses me and my dudes off its the multiplayer lag...

Its so annoying, the plane for my self teleport every 5-10 secs like 10 m front of me or if im flying and im rolling it teleports my rolls somewhere (like lag litteraly)

For my dudes, they see my plane going all over the place, going to space, coming back down to earth, flying back down, spinning all over the place

WE TRYED EVERYTHING, drivers, desfragmentation, reinstalled game 8 times since it started doing this, did step by step.

It doesnt matter, the little fps drop compared to before is acceptable, i dont mind, neither sound, but damn, the only thing i like in videogames is mp, and i cant play right now! Its only in this game too

All other games 100% fine. Arma2, Men of War, IL2 1946, Red Orchestra and so on are fine.

Do you guys know a fix?

run pingplotter to your friends place and see if the trace file is showing any packet loss... thats the only thing i can think of if all other softeware works properly.

if no packet loss then something is screwy with your install - reinstall as administrator and see if it resolves
