trigen Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Quick and easy Spent all Activations (except one if i recall correctly) due to Processor changes windows reinstalls and lastly a motherboard and processor. (yes i overclock and test different stuff) Now i forgot to deactivate fc2 and having lost the license data i cannot deactivate the product and i cannot get the hardware code i need to deactivate online because well i have no license data, so its also useless to put my old motherboard back in. After 2 emails asking for a serial reset without even getting an answer i can only come the the conclusion that you do not intend to give me an answer. That brings me here to ask what your doing. You may think i've given my serial to just about all my friends seeing as i've spent them all so fast but believe it or not some of us do reinstall and play around with hardware more often than you'r average joe. In part its my fault for forgetting to use the deactivate but how impossible do you intend for it to be to get this fixed, its in fact several months since i sent the first email but never received a response, also partly my fault as i expected it to be a little simpler as it was when i did it for flaming cliffs one so i didnt write to much else than having upgraded and forgotten. I hope you can help me out here as i'm starting to get somewhat annoyed by the whole issue. At the very least i would expect you to answer emails and tickets. :helpsmilie: 1080 ti, i7700k 5ghz, 16gb 3600 cl14 ddr4 oc
EtherealN Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 You might want to read the sticky thread about how to contact support: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=58801 Support uses a ticket system, not e-mail, so you are correct in that getting an answer by e-mail might be difficult. :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Daniel "EtherealN" Agorander | Даниэль "эфирныйн" Агорандер Intel i7 2600K @ 4.4GHz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz, ASUS GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1GB, Samsung 830series 512GB SSD, Corsair AX850w, two BENQ screens and TM HOTAS Warthog DCS: A-10C Warthog FAQ | DCS: P-51D FAQ | Remember to read the Forum Rules | | | Life of a Game Tester
trigen Posted December 8, 2010 Author Posted December 8, 2010 Thanks for the quick response EtheralN The two first support requests were sent by email to activation@lockon.ru and the 3rd and latest by the ticket system. (1220 today) TID:2040 Its clearly intentional not to answer these Emails : 05.12.2010 TID: 1954 16.10.2010 TID: 758 Small add to my post above, The number of activations allowed by your Serial Number is exceeded. So it would be preferred to have it reset entirely as deactivating the product would probably leave me with one activation left 1080 ti, i7700k 5ghz, 16gb 3600 cl14 ddr4 oc
EtherealN Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 It may be intentional in the sense that the mails were unreadable - the reason why direct use of the ticket system is prefferred is that with mail entries the entire message body including headers, markup, everything, is entered into it like text. This can cause the message to not display correctly. It is also possible that they were responded to but the response mail got filtered as suspected spam, though this is usually mainly a problem for users of the Comcast networks (and as far as I can see your ISP does not use that network). One of the reasons for switching to the ticket system and using the sites for this is that there were a lot of issues with users never getting to see the response mails that were sent. Hopefully you'll get sorted soon. :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Daniel "EtherealN" Agorander | Даниэль "эфирныйн" Агорандер Intel i7 2600K @ 4.4GHz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz, ASUS GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1GB, Samsung 830series 512GB SSD, Corsair AX850w, two BENQ screens and TM HOTAS Warthog DCS: A-10C Warthog FAQ | DCS: P-51D FAQ | Remember to read the Forum Rules | | | Life of a Game Tester
