bigdog4215 Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 I can't figure out how to make the pilot invaunerable but not the plane in lock on modern air combat.Could someone tell me how to do it because I didn't see anything in the manual I found on the internet.
Jinro Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 You can't. The game is all about the plane, not the pilot. If the pilot were invulnerable and the plane wasn't, you would still get shot down. Making the pilot immortal doesn't make any sense.
EtherealN Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 Pilots can be made invulnerable as far as campaigns are concerned through the Logbook. Jinro, the difference is that if your pilot isn't "immortal", getting killed in a campaign mission (or indeed, killed at all) resets the pilot. He's dead and his campaign progress is gone. Gives you that extra urge to survive since you can't just respawn. bigdog4215 Posted December 12, 2010 Author Posted December 12, 2010 It doesn't work the same as blackshark
Jinro Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Gives you that extra urge to survive since you can't just respawn. The urge to survive does nothing against cheating SA-19s :joystick:
