Engage Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 Does anybody no whats causes the stuttering, when something explodes, or when you first use the trim button on your joystick inside your cockpit to look round, i just find it strange that as soon as ive done a full 360 view inside my cockpit or outside view, it goes away. I can remember this happening when lock-on first came out, and i would of thought this issue would of been sorted out, by now are there any great topic on this, ive done a search, but without much luck i just want to understand why its happening, and what i can do, to prevent it:thumbup: regards josh:music_whistling: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz Overclock 4.20GHz MSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67 (socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3 PC3-16000C9 2133MHz Corsair Hydro H70 High-Performance CPU WaterCooler XFX:ATI Radeon 6970 2048MB GDDR5 Graphics Card ATI Trackir 5.....Hotas Warthog Regards Engage:thumbup:
Boberro Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 Textures have to be loaded into memory and this is why at first seconds it shutters. You have to look around and then is OK. In one LUA file there is command to force textures being pre-loaded into memory, you can try to add more entries there :) Frankly I don't remember that file name :( Explosion shutters I remember only in FC1. In FC2, BS I've never seen them I think. Interestingly is that I have very weak PC and in more demand LO2 shutters've gone :D Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D ಠ_ಠ ツ
