Make sure that you don't have the huffy codec installed. It seem that 1.1 no longer likes this. A few of us had this problem and huffy was found to be the culprit.

checking out now.. "Huffy" is the name of the codec in the codec list?

Thanx

In addition to your codec I also have:

numbered screenshots

Intel Indeo Video 4.5

Indeo Video 5.10

Tech Smith Screen Capture COdec

Cineform HD Codec v1.2

How can I remove a codec?

Robbie.

They are in your Windows/System32 folder. Be advised that if you go messing around in there and delete the wrong thing, you can cause your computer to not be able to start. I found that some of the Codec packs cause problems like you describe, and of course the issue w/Huffy.

Hi,

I also had this problem, from the sounds of it i don't think your looking at the right place.

Follow these instructions:

Go to Start, Control Panel, System, Hardware Tab, Device Manager, Click on the plus where it says Sound, Video and game controllers, Video Codecs (Right Click and Properties), Properties Tab and view the list,

If HUFFYUV is there, just click and press the remove button.

Hope this helps

I haven't checked in 1.1, but in all the previous versions you had to have all base missions that you are recording from built on day "001" for the AVI tool to work. Otherwise you will see the avi render go straight to the sound record screen for about a sec, and then back to debriefing screen with NO avi recorded.

If that is not it, like I said BE SPECIFIC as to what your seeing.

p.s. If it is the day that is affecting it, I don't think there is anything you can do other than edit the mission to the proper 001 day and re-record all your tracks.

is this ok?
