My serial has 2 activations left and I have neither it nor the CD nor the manual the serial was printed on. I submitted a ticket already but I wanted to ask here what I need to provide to demonstrate I owned the product. I did purchase FC2 and my thoughts are I simply need to provide them my IP and they can check the serial activated through that IP? I want to get back into BS but no clue how.

Please notice, according to our policies we replace only completely depleted serial numbers and only for legal owners. Thereafter your serial number won't be replaced for now. Consider contacting us when the number of activations of your serial number reaches the limit. There is a delay with tickets processing currently.
