How do I remap keys to joystick button ?

How I remapy keys, say Alt-'~', to a joystick button ? Or can I do that at all ?

Yes, you can.

 

You have two ways of doing this. The first is to use your joystick programming software to assign certain joystick buttons to send certain keypresses. The second is to start Lock On, press the OPT (options) button, cycle the selector knob to CONTROL, and pick the keys you want. Press CHANGE, hit the new key, and press OK.
