OC I7 930?

I would like to have some advice on how to get to say 4.0

I am now on 3,5 and like to get to 4.0

My frame in A10C is in the high 60 with the same setup as wags:

My settings: Textures: High, Scenes: High, Civ Traffic: Low, Water: Low, Visib Range: Medium, Heat Blur: On, Shadows: High, Resolution: 2560x1600, Res. of Cockpit Displays: 256, MSAA: 4x, Clutter: 200 m. HDR and TSAA On.

No mirrors.(I would proberly try with the mirrors on!)

My setup is Mb GA-X58A-UD3R and I7 930 and H 70 (My temp is at idle 40 and at 100% load around 60 in prime 95.

And i have 6 gb of ram(3*2048 PC3- 10600 DDR3 Corsair)

And a 120 gb ssd. and a 1 Tb hdd
