hi again mates.

 

My question is... how can i set spawn points for a convoy ?

 

or like a FC2, how can i set units on "inactive" status at start, and active when action done with triggers ?

It's done the same way as in FC2, set the time of the first waypoint to some point in the future (I normally use 9 days), then use an 'activate group' action within a trigger to bring it into the game world at that time.

 

If appropriate, you can also use the 'visible before start' checkbox so the convoy will appear in the game world and be engage-able, but won't start moving until activated.

 

There's also some more advanced features available, now having it perform a 'hold' task or using a 'stop and deploy to template' action to stop the group, and a 'group resume' action to get it going again.

Is there a simple way to give alternate start points for a group? Sort of 40% chance it will start at point A, 40% at point B and 20% at point C??

how can i put smoke on map ?

 

how can add faction to specific base ? for example, i got blue units on "anapa" but radio no works on my multiplayer map :huh:
