desmoflex Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 hi, i bought DCS some time ago and in october A10 beta. i just logged successfully in on http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com with my account details but i cannot see my order history any more. any idea what went wrong? your help is much appreciated! thx desmo
EtherealN Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 If you have had accounts on the lockon.co.uk site as well, try adding a 1 to your username. There was a database merger previously and some UN's had to be changed due to naming conflicts. (Automerger of accounts only worked if all details were identical.) If you are looking for your serial number, you can also find it at the download page for the product if you are logged in. rabbit102 Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 i have the same problum for flamming cliffs. i sent in a ticket 2 days ago but have got nothing...Oh i can log in but it does not show my serial in download
EtherealN Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 First, try with a different browser. There is something weird happening with my Chrome, but haven't been able to figure out quite what. Second, try adding a 1 to your username when you log in to the site (so, for me it would be EtherealN1), everything else the same. The database may have gotten confused if there were two almost-identical but not quite accounts when the two databases were merged, in which case one of them would be given a 1 after their name. So basically - you might be thinking that you are logging into the FC2 account, but you are logging into the DCS account - and since DCS codes aren't visible on the LO site there'll be no info on purchase there. So if rabbit102 is your login for the sites, try logging into rabbit1021 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Daniel "EtherealN" Agorander | Даниэль "эфирныйн" Агорандер Intel i7 2600K @ 4.4GHz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz, ASUS GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1GB, Samsung 830series 512GB SSD, Corsair AX850w, two BENQ screens and TM HOTAS Warthog DCS: A-10C Warthog FAQ | DCS: P-51D FAQ | Remember to read the Forum Rules | | | Life of a Game Tester

MAThrasher Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 rabbit102 Did you try the "Payments" tab instead of "download"? Windows 11, GPU: RTX-4090, Ram: 32gb, CPU: 12700k, Headset: Varjo Aero
Tez Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 rabbit102 indeed a second account exists with 1 added at the end. Notice Flaming Cliffs serial numbers are listed on the page with download mirrors: http://lockon.co.uk -> Login -> Downloads -> Software -> Lock On 1.1b: Flaming Cliffs desmoflex The issue can be resolved by clearing web browser cookies and cache for lockon.co.uk and http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com Another web browser will undoubtedly show you all data. There are delays with answers to support requests currently. We will sort them all out in a couple of days. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] =653=Tez
