Hi all.

 

I am starting to get an interest in skinning and before I do, I want to get a feel for what is involved, mostly spending $.

 

If I am on the right track, which of these would be the best to use?

7.0 and CS are so similar... personally I don't remember the difference between the first and the second one. You can visit Adobe.com for knowing the improvements. Both are great programs (and expansive!).
