Hi How do I convert LO recording into some format that can be played by applications such as Windows media player ?

Are you talking about the Tracks in Lock on, or the AVI movie files that it creates?

 

If you're talking about the Tracks, you need to capture them as a movie file like .avi or .mpg. Lockon has a menu feature in the Misison Editor that will let you capture it as a .avi movie file.
