Is it allowed to install same serials on both OS of the same pc?

I'm using the download version of BS. I have both vista and win7 installed on my laptop. Is it allowed to install the game on both os?

They're on the same PC and surely have the same specification. And these two copies will never see each other since only one OS can be active at any given time.

Part of the Licence.txt in the Ka-50 folder:

1.LIMITED USE LICENCE

In consideration of you agreeing to abide by the terms of this Licence, TFC hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and licence to install and useone copyof the Program and the Documentation solely and exclusively for yourpersonal use on the terms of this Licence. All rights not specifically granted under this Licence are reserved by TFC and, as applicable, TFC's licensors. You may not network the Program or otherwise install it or use it on more than one computer at a time, except if expressly authorized otherwise in the Documentation.

I'm not a layer!

But I understand it in this way:

... licence to install and use one copy of the Program...

...

You may not ... use it on more than one computer at a time.

You can only use one copy at the same time on your dual-boot computer.

So from my POV you fulfilled the requirements of the licence and can install two instances on one computer.

If you still have concerns if this is legit:

Yes.

Also note that you should be able to run the same copy on both operating systems, as long as you have made it possible for them to read the same hard drive partition. You will still probably require two activations however, and on one of the OSes you'd have to make your own shortcut links. Whether it is easier to do that rather than have two installs on the same machine I guess is a case of to each their own.
