2 hopefully quick questions

Hi guys,

 

Great game and just installed version 1. Haven't played the beta for a bit but did not have the same issues.

 

How do you do the following:

 

1) What key do you press to allow the mouse to look around the cockpit. I think I have just forgotten this one and cannot find it listed.

2) My cougar hotas does not seem to map the throttle properly, any tips for doing this?
