Hey everyone. Thanks for the info on my last question. I have another one. When I flip the switches and knobs for formation lighting and anti k and all that, the wingtip lights and the others aren't turning on. I know there's different settings like flash and steady, but they aren't turning on. Also there's another one, can't remember which one, but when I flip it to "on", it flips back to off. Any ideas? thanks

well, theres a lil switch in the throttle that needs to be in a certain position so that they can turn on

IIRC it is:

LCtrl + P

Let me see if I can get a first reply in. :P

First off, make absolutely sure you're flipping your pinky switch in the right direction. One direction uses a generic lighting set that you are unable to change, and the other direction uses lighting based on your right aft console settings.

The pinky switch needs to be AFT in order to set your lights manually. Check your key commands for that. I think it's ALT+P, but do not take my word for it.

Does that help? If not, explain in more detail what you're switching. Remember formation lights and ACOL aren't going to do anything for your position lights.

Post a track if that doesn't sort it out.

Also reading the manual wouldn't hurt...

Page 89 and 158 to 162 on the manual.

It doesn't take much to read the hole manual once, you don't need to study and underline it to know some basic stuff.

Regards.
