vegachavez Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 How can I toggle between your standard lazier and the infrared lazier...i`m looking for the blinking "L" on my MFCD to use the more accurate infra lazeir over the standard lazier. Thanks.
vegachavez Posted April 4, 2011 Author Posted April 4, 2011 Regarding my previous post. My question is 7:00 through 7:22. How to make the "L" blink, he probably has a key bound to it but I can`t find the correct command to bind in control options.
mia389 Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 To turn your laser on its pinky switch on joystick. Same button you use for nosewheel steering.
TheBigDog Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 the default laser on key is set to be the same as the nosewheel steering on/off key...on the ground it turns on the NWS, in the air it turns the laser on. Now unless you have Latch set to on, the laser only fires when you're holding the button down. to answer your other question about switching laser and infrared, that's handed on the TGP MFD...Taken from the wiki: "Target designator The target designator OSB 7 is a rotary OSB used to select the type of target designator that the targeting pod will use. Pressing OSB 7 will cycle through the following choices: LSR - the targeting pod's laser will be used as the target designator IR - the targeting pod's infrared pointer will be used as the target designator BTH - both the laser and the IR pointer will operate simultaneously" Hope this helps
