I can't skin worth a damn and besides his model will probably look a lot better, but we do have one flying in FC2 and looking forward to tigrou's model in the mean time. The 65k and 62 work. You have to designate a target in the mission editor and when in range follow the EOS procedures, it will lock on the targets you have designated without the use of the TV screen.
