Cant re-install the game

Hello, I really love Lock On after receiving the Platnium edition as a gift from a friend, however since my Graphics cards can only maintain the original Lock On, (Not Flaming Cliffs 2) I decided to delete Lock On alltogether and then re-install it. When I put my Lock On 1.0 disk in my PC, a menu comes up with "uninstall" and "play."(It had the picture of the F-15C and the forest camo C-130 on a tarmac) If I click "play" the same window re-opens. If I click "uninstall" (which I already did) My computer tells me the file is no longer in my computer. I tried to delete every file associated with ED and Lock On in my computer with no luck.

did you change hard drives if not and you didn't uninstall from win7 program and features area your going to have to reformat and reinstall win7; has a bit of a fit when uninstalling from the wrong area. I just went through this with Black Shark and Lavasoft, I had cloned a hard drive the partition letters change and win7 would not recognized that I had reinstalled a hard drive and had tried to reinstall adaware from lava soft. What a pain I even wonder if they know its an issue M$?

you can try a 3rd party version called Revo uninstaller and see if that works for you, it didnt in my case.http://www.revouninstallerpro.com/
