How to extend picture to virtual monitor for ipadpit2? - need help

Ok...I started this thread, because i am trying to use ipadpit v2, but i would like to set it using virtual second monitor for exporting live mfd feed..

After reading, and trying some solutions by Ghost_Unit13 and alphatoomega, i still cant make windows accept my second monitor (virtual monitor)...

 

If there are some tips, please feel free to post them...I am using ATI HD 6970 graphic card..Other users managed to make virtual monitor using nvidia cards. Also i have win7 64 bit.
