killmore589 Posted May 16, 2011 Posted May 16, 2011 When I setup a custom buttons on the x52 only the one predefined in BS are usable. Any idea why this may be happening? I can control yaw and pitch, but not vertical and the only thing I can do is fire the cannon. Any idea why/what is causing this?:helpsmilie:

killmore589 Posted May 16, 2011 Author Posted May 16, 2011 yea, im setting it up in both, but as soon as i took it off my usb it started to work again. dont know why only the keys would stop working, but its all good now.

I had the same problem with my Xbox360 controller and tested buttons and axes, and finally recorded the buttons. Also, some axes may cause conflict with the actual sensing, so make sure you unmap the entire controller, and its axes, and start fresh. Its gonna be painful, but it's a one-time process. Later, save the config each time and back-up the entire input folder to a disc. This way, if you need to recover the system, you have the files handy.
