CptTangerine Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 Hi I'm sure someone has already posted about this but I've had a search and I can't find it. On defend Yankee one of the sets of co-ordinates, UDT, is only 5 digits long. whereas all the others seem to be 10. Do I have to zeroes in somewhere to pad it out, and if so where do they go? I've tried all the logical places, insofar as there are any, but they all seem to point to somewhere on the other side of the continent. Thanks. coweatyou Posted June 10, 2011 Posted June 10, 2011 It is auto zero'd, just put in the 5 digits they give you and when you set them as coordinates it will auto pad the data.
hassata Posted June 10, 2011 Posted June 10, 2011 Is above an .08 fix? If not, try with the zero as the first digit or the fourth for a total value made up of 6 digits. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
CptTangerine Posted June 10, 2011 Author Posted June 10, 2011 Hmm. I've tried just putting it in as it was read to me and I think it came up with a distance of 1100 miles away. I'll give it a try putting the zeroes in different places. Thanks!
