A-10 at Mollis (Switzerland) airshow on 09 July 11

If anyone is interested, the program for the Zigermeet Mollis airshow is including an A-10 Thunderbolt this year.

This is a great little airport for airshows as you stand on the service road right next to the runway with mountains around you. Bring those earplugs.

 

Just upset that the wife organised a trip to Italy this weekend so I can not go. :(

A-10 was cancelled due to "political reasons" as the speaker angrily stated...

 

Don't know what happened there but it was very dissapointing. Though had a fantastic moment with a Hornet flying 30m straight above me, upon arrival-with full AB, great sound! :punk:
