Cali Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 IMHO that just takes away from FC's strength, which is DACT. But hey, if people want playability ... (can't they just go play HAWX? It's balanced!) But ok, I digress. :D I agree, I'm not a big fan of it and I don't use those mods. But you do have people that are big fans cause they can now have actives also. i7-4820k @ 3.7, Windows 7 64-bit, 16GB 1866mhz EVGA GTX 970 2GB, 256GB SSD, 500GB WD, TM Warthog, TM Cougar MFD's, Saitek Combat Pedals, TrackIR 5, G15 keyboard, 55" 4K LED
Presing Posted August 26, 2011 Posted August 26, 2011 Nice to see everything cool down. Too much fuzz about nothing. Like i see in one line in Touchbuddy, if you guy's have moral dilema about something do not use it or do not put on your server. This is development room so do not spam all this again and again about something you guy's do not like or you think that can be used for cheating. Yoda doing something what you guy's and me probably can't do. Make him room to finish something and judge later please. Presing Rocket brigade who retired F-117
Cali Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 In touchbuddy the TEWS still shows 27 and 29 as being different, not like how it is now, where they both show up as a 29. So if Someone has TB they know what they are up against. I guess that makes no difference in servers like 4c and 104th where 27 can carry R-77's. In other servers that can make a big difference. TB can be used on any server right? Meaning the server can't block it? I have never used TB and from what I can remember it can be used no matter what. i7-4820k @ 3.7, Windows 7 64-bit, 16GB 1866mhz EVGA GTX 970 2GB, 256GB SSD, 500GB WD, TM Warthog, TM Cougar MFD's, Saitek Combat Pedals, TrackIR 5, G15 keyboard, 55" 4K LED

I believe most tb panels rely on the same local lua exports as do gear. Possibly some might rely on Global exports, I do not know. Cali Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 I don't have the slightest clue how any of that stuff works Yoda. I'm just trying to find out some answers, maybe I should get TB and install it. i7-4820k @ 3.7, Windows 7 64-bit, 16GB 1866mhz EVGA GTX 970 2GB, 256GB SSD, 500GB WD, TM Warthog, TM Cougar MFD's, Saitek Combat Pedals, TrackIR 5, G15 keyboard, 55" 4K LED

Cali Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 Will do, I should have time to do it this week, no class :). Now I have to see how to set up TB, might have to call a friend. i7-4820k @ 3.7, Windows 7 64-bit, 16GB 1866mhz EVGA GTX 970 2GB, 256GB SSD, 500GB WD, TM Warthog, TM Cougar MFD's, Saitek Combat Pedals, TrackIR 5, G15 keyboard, 55" 4K LED
Abaddon Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 ---- CUT ---- Ok for everyone that wants to inspect and/or contribute to the source, "Public" SVN account is up! (read-only) It includes everything you need, from fc2 exports to native jogl libs and java code. I recommend you use Netbeans IDE for both checking it out and trying it. 1. Install 32bit Java JDK with Neatbeans 2. Open Netbeans and checkout the SVN repository from: rep: https://www.gigurra.se/svn/GEAR/GEAR user: public password (blank): G'day, I have been attempting to access the source code, via netbeans or command line svn. I keep getting a 403 error "svn: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to OPTIONS " or a "svn: OPTIONS of 'https://www.gigurra.se/svn/GEAR/GEAR': authorization failed: Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic challenge (https://www.gigurra.se)" I'm not sure the lack of password is working. using svn, version 1.6.12

I scrapped Gear/leavu a while back when I moved to BMS 4 (where I use some other software). I think I may have also removed public accounts for the svn account. Well regardless, dont expect there to ever be anything like "leavu3" for fc series at least ;P. S = SPARSE(m,n) abbreviates SPARSE([],[],[],m,n,0). Haggart Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Could you at least hand over your source repo or give someone the sources so community development could continue? (: That would be nice - I'm developing in java and netbeans myself and perhaps I can push it up sometimes. There's no "Overkill". There's only "open fire!" and "time to reload". Specs: i7-980@4,2Ghz, 12GB RAM, 2x GTX480, 1x 8800GTS, X-Fi HD, Cougar, Warthog, dcs-F16-pedals
