Aerial Refuel - Disconnects whilst hooked up - no fuel coming in

I've been practising aerial refuels online and offline, i've had a limited bit of success online and decided to try it offline (since I'd end up dragging the tanker down and mess the missions up for everyone else).

 

The problem I'm having is that offline I link up with the tanker....sometimes better than others and almost instantly get a disconnect EVERY time. I've sat on the boom according to the track log for a whole minute and not taken a single bit of fuel. I have attached the track if anyone would like to check out what I'm doing wrong. It is most likely a case of dodgy flying, I'm not the best but getting there.
