Entering Co-ordinates into CDU when playing online.

Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction of entering L/L co-ordinates into the CDU whilst flying. I have been trying to fly abit more online but when I do I receive these co-ordinates from ground forces and I have no idea on how to input them. Thanks in advance.

In my experience, I get UTM over the radio and L/L over the MSG page. I prefer the UTM.
