Ranger79 Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 (edited) Guys, I have a GTX 580 and a profile set for the sim in Nvidia control panel pointing to simulation.exe. Before the patch I did not have any areas with jagged edges. Since the patch, small areas like the HUD casing, distant lakes, lines within MFCD and other areas with small jagged lines. I have the sim set at 8x AA, TSAA on, all settings on high, and vsync enabled. I run in 2048x1080 non-full screen mode, any suggestions? Addtional information: Also I have BS installed and since DCS A-10 came out I have been mapping to that simulator.exe within Nvidia. sobek Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 any suggestions? Post a screenshot plz. You wouldn't go to your car mechanic and tell him that your car makes strange noises without actually taking your car with you for the mechanic to take a look. :) Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
KillaALF Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 A screenshot would be helpful to diagnose your problem, I think. Also, the *.exe file for DCS:A-10 is dcs.exe, not simulator.exe (BS, FC2). What are the settings in your profile? Maybe they are at odds with the settings in the game, so that in the end no antialiasing is applied.
Ranger79 Posted July 24, 2011 Author Posted July 24, 2011 Think I fixed it, turned off Vsync, and made sure dcs.exe, simulator.exe (both in BS and DCS) all had the same settings.
