LOMAN issues - help needed

Hi everybody

I'm new here, but not new to LOMAC or flight sims in general. and now - to my question:

I'm playing LOMAC 1.1FC and I've installed F-15 compass ghost weatherad skin (by D-scythe) I've installed it with Loman 2.1 and all went fine. but when I tried to uninstall it - I got this:

 

 

parts of the compass skin seems to stick around and wouldn't unistall.

somebody told mw I should use LOMAN 4b3 to do it. So I D/L it (plus all the dll's required ) but I just can't make this LOMAN work. I always get a meesege saying" contact Sybase support ingeneer" and thats it.

 

please help me to get it working.
