Stange Launching Black Shark Issue

I decided (with a little bourbon) to play DCS:BS tonight. I haven't played since I re-installed my OS, but I was keen for a go in the chopper. The game launches just fine in multiplayer, but the singleplayer link simply wont work. Attempting to launch the sim from the desktop simply results in a windows error, "this shortcut has been changed or removed." Normally I would just fly multiplayer but I can't get into SP to change my graphics or controller settings.

 

I've gone into the gameinstall/bin/x86/stable folder to attempt to launch the game via the direct link, this doesn't work either.

 

The multiplayer batch file and the multiplayer desktop icon both work just fine.

 

Is a game re-install in order? If so, do I need to deactivate my key, or will it still work since its just reinstalling the game?
