red trim box

In the trim tutorial it has a red box showing where the joystick is at, how do you turn that box on?

ok thanks, now on some missions I also get a red compass thing in the upper right corner, and a weapons thing in the bottom right telling me how much cannon ammo I have, how do I removed these since IDK what the real names are as you can tell.

Set the Game mode avionics off in the options and Click the box that says "Use these settings for all mission"

Ok thanks, Ill try that, I was a little unsure of what it was since on some missions it was there, but not on others

I have also been trying to figure out how to eject, is there a certain procedure to eject?
