Training missions

Hi,

 

I have been going through the training missions in DCS: A-10 since I got it from steam (about 2 weeks ago)

 

I seem to have come to an impasse, and I wonder if this is a common issue.

 

Whenever I attempt the landing training I cannot progress any further than setting the ILS frequency, no matter what I do the game will not register the fact have set the ILS frequency.

 

My second question is, I know that steam automatically patches games, and I know there was a patch released recently, but I don't think my copy has been updated by steam. Do I have to patch the game files manually?

Make sure that you are turning on the ILS receiver.

You can also patch the steam version just fine with the patch from ED here:

This includes the fixed training files as well.
