Nowhere. You use the psd file in conjunction with other psd files using layers from each other to create a final texture that you'll convert to a suitable bmp or dds texture for your repaints.

That new bmp or dds texture will go in a folder.

so i convert the psd file to a dds file save as ..ill give it a try .thx

NP make sure that you follow the texture naming convention for it to appear properly in the sim.
