Doum76 Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 Greetings all, I've been trying like hell for a few hours to came up with a solution, and no sucess..... I wanna make some triggers or whatever, so a SA-11 shoot up around 8-9 nm... or activate around that range. I tried to fool around with flags, unit ai on/off, group ai on/off and nothing and nothing at all, it's either they turn on on mission start up, or i sucessfly turn them off on mission start on, but they never turn on after.... :helpsmilie: I know it might be a stupid solution, but i spent already all my patience testing up things.... SmokeyTheLung Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 If you want the SA-11 to shoot at the player at that range it should be pretty simple. mission start > (no condition necessary) > group AI off (SA-11) Once > Unit in zone (Player)(Trigger zone you'll place over the SA-11) > Group AI on (SA-11) You will have to place a trigger zone in the ME over the sam site, for 9nm give it a diameter of about 18KM hope that makes sense System specifications: Computer, joystick, DCS world, Beer

If you want it to do so repeatedly then you must do SWITCHED CONDITION UNIT IN ZONE zoneneame, player GROUP AI ON samname SWITCHED CONDITION UNIT OUTSIDE ZONE zonename player GROUP AI OFF samname It might be an idea to make the OUTSIDE ZONE trigger a larger diameter than the IN ZONE trigger.
