Street Lamp Light nor working in Nighttime (Mission Editor modding)

Allright , I've added the Street Lamps to my Static Object drop down menu..Problem is, they are off, no Light in the Nighttime..I mean the ones that are allready placed in Game are working and shining pretty sweet..but if I Add some lamps to the map..they stay off..Any idea why this Happen..

 

And please no Questions about "why you want to add more Street lamps...etc" I just got some ideas I want to try out..;)
