Hey everyone, I have been using the saitek x45 and its pretty great.... but over a few months the stick has gotten lose in the center position.... its very sensitive in the center and quite lose....

I heard the you can solve that problem by tightening the spring attached to the stick.... is that true? are there any other methods to solve the problem?

Can anybody briefly guide for the solution....

Thank you.... :joystick:

I had an X45 about 8 years ago. After 6 months of use it developed center play also, which didn't sit well with me. I friend told me about CH products and have been happy since then. Although I did love the X45 and wish that it didn't get the centerplay. If I knew of a way to fix it back then I would have been happy. Have you searched google for a fix?

Thank you for the reply...

yes, I did searched on google regarding the joystick springs but all I find was joysticks related to arcade games... so I don't know how much it will relate to a flight sim joystick and I don't want to any risk in damaging my joystick.....

I have also heard the reliability, durability and longevity of CH products....

Did you ever had centering problems with CH fighterstick?? how is the throttle working? did you face any problems with it so far?
