pls help!! no heat blur while taxiing??pls help!!

does anybody have the same problem?

 

look at the pics, when the AI fighters put the power to max heat blur is visible, but not while taxiing. . . but i love the effect. . . :-(

 

i use 1.1.0.9.

 

how can i set it??
