Cruelsword Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 Hi all, do i need to adjust my frequency( 127,500) for each airport now to communicate with ATC? And if so, do we have any tab with all needed frequencies? Thank you, appreciate your help. :pilotfly: Regards C-sword [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
kylania Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 (edited) You can press F10 to get to the map then click on the blue circle icon in the middle of an airfield to select it. Then at the bottom of the screen will be a data display with the airfield's frequency on it. Or something like this. Seems the only one the image I linked above is missing is Breslan (141.00 Mhz) which is listed on pages 518 and 519 of the BS2 Manual. Arclight Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 There's a table with tower, ILS and TACAN frequencies on page 518 of the flight manual as well. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] DCS A-10C: putting the 'art' into 'warthog'. (yes, corny. Sorry.)
Cruelsword Posted November 7, 2011 Author Posted November 7, 2011 Thank you, guys, really appreciate your help. So, do i need to adjust my frequency for each airport now? :pilotfly: Regards C-sword [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
kylania Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 So, do i need to adjust my frequency for each airport now? Yup! Though you'll rarely change airports during a mission I wouldn't think. Maybe to divert to one. When you place a unit on the map you can preset their airfield frequency via the COMM field of the unit properties.
