Change Alliances after Mission Creation

Hello all,

 

Is it possible to change which countries belong to which alliance after you have already created a mission? I have one with quite a bit of work on it but I'd like to un-neutral some countries and add Abkhazia and South Ossetia with the new patch, but I can't figure out how to change them.

Not through the UI. You'd have to edit the mission file itself (make a backup first!). Maybe try saving a new mission with the coalitions you want and then compare the mission file to your original.

 

I do want to do this myself, but I suspect I'll be living in Skyrim for the forseeable future so I probably won't have a chance to look at it for a while... :music_whistling:

Not possible easily or practically, but it's a good idea for the wish list.

 

Last time I did it I had to edit the mission file by hand, I'm never going to do that again.

A =STP= member (not Blindspot) is creating a Editor-Mod for this.

He also fixed the copy-paste behaviour in the editor so the waypoints of the new unit stays in the position of the old unit.
