Hi. I have a little problem with online connection in BS2

 

Im installed Black shark 1.0 and upgrade bs2 in different folder . Offline works fine, but if i want join to multiplayer on the same login like in A-10 i see " You dont have a licence for this product " wtf ?

Just to make sure I understand the situation: you have activated normally and it works in singleplayer? Have you associated the license key to your online account?

 

When you start multiplayer, can you try clicking "Register" and does it show a serial number at that point?

YES

NO I see message "Serial number is already registered" When i'll try login on the same name like in A-10 i see message "you dont have licence for this product"

YES i see serial number and message when i try login "Serial number is already registered"

I am having the same issue with A10C after patch 1.1.1.0. Was there a fix for this available client side or am I doomed for the weekend!!

I am having the same problem.when i try to logon to multiplayer it says "you dont have licence for this product" but when i try to register my login it says my correct serial shows up in the window and it say "serial is already in use".I have opened a ticket in the support of ED but they seem to never respond to anything. Even in my main page registration login they dont seem to have any record of my purchase even though i still have the original email reciept from them back Nov 2010.

I have same problem as described above after uninstall DCS A10C 1.1.1.0 and new full install of DCS A10C 1.1.1.1 . Ticket was created also. please help.

Your ticketing system is flawed, it does not work, well for me at least...
