coolts Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Guys Am coming back to BS with the new update and am a little rusty. In an MP flight, (two one ship flights), we can see each other on ABRIS,(me commander, him wingman), and we have different ID’s but we can’t share targets. I’ve read that we must use the same “Data link frequency”. Is this just the radio frequency or is there another dedicated data link radio panel I have overlooked? That makes sense and is something we sometimes forget as we use TeamSpeak. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] i7 9700k | 32gb DDR4 | Geforce 2080ti | TrackIR 5 | Rift S | HOTAS WARTHOG | CH PRO Pedals
STP Dragon Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 There is no separate datalink frequence, you have to use the radio frequence for this. If you can see your wingman in the ABRIS you set the correct frequence. Maybe you did something wrong on the DL-Panel itselfe. Yesterday it was working fine on my server. Dejjvid Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 If you can see him, and he's not flashing on the ABRIS. It's ok. I'm a bit rusty aswell. But remember to reset the shkval before you send the data. It saves the 'mem' inputs you did. Then make sure the target icon and the wingman icon flash before you press 'send' i7 8700K | GTX 1080 Ti | 32GB RAM | 500GB M.2 SSD | TIR5 w/ Trackclip Pro | TM Hotas Warthog | Saitek Pro Flight Rudder [sigpic]http://www.132virtualwing.org[/sigpic]

Bloody hell, when the next DCS module comes out i'm going to need a reverse lobotomy to rememeber everything. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] i7 9700k | 32gb DDR4 | Geforce 2080ti | TrackIR 5 | Rift S | HOTAS WARTHOG | CH PRO Pedals
