WildBillKelsoe Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Hello, Please help me. I have both BS1 and A10c. A full length track greater than 3 mins 19 secs renders only the first 3 mins 19 secs. The video rendered into Theora + Vorbis freezes at exactly 3 mins 19 secs. Audio continues normally over frozen video. This is my problem uploaded to youtube: DxDiag attached although I dont think its the problem. In your format: - What were you doing - or trying to do? Rendering a saved track file - What did you expect to happen? The video and audio both rendered without freezing video after 3 mins 19 secs - Relevant info regarding your issue - SP, MP, Mods, custom built gear - anything relevant. No mods installed. Steam version latest. It is a singleplayer track about 25 mins not rendered on the video side fully. - Screenshots when possible. We may not understand what you are talking about until you illustrate it properly. Check my video. Is there a file I have to edit to increase the video rendering duration? In A-10c I never have this problem, and the entire video and audio are present and accounted for. Also, BS2 users, please record and render a full length video of 10 mins max in Theora + Vorbis and note any similarities to this issue. Report it at this very thread. Luigi Gorgonzola Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 (edited) BS2: NACK. Encountered "No Video, Only Sound" while using VLC for playback of the resulting ogv file, but at least Firefox displays the video beyond the 3:19 watermark. Guess, this is an issue with VLC though. Guess, this is an issue with VLC though. that was converted from Ogv to Avi via a paid software I use called OGG video converter. It works like a charm in A-10. Only here it's not. You mean the file is good but the viewer is bad? AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Luigi Gorgonzola Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 (edited) I really don't know if VLC is to blame or the file is "damaged" (sort of) as I have absolutely no clue of the entire video topic. Took me a few G searches to find the Firefox hint (VLC is my default and most utterly beloved video player - rarely refuses to play a file or stream). But in this case, FF does the job while VLC doesn't. EDIT: Funny. Just discovered, that rendering "Raw AVI" actually means "Capture your Desktop"! :D All my activities I performed while waiting for the render job to finish are being shown... Rendering "Vorbis + Theora" left me with a video showing the ingame view. Edited November 19, 2011 by Luigi Gorgonzola
