problems with 3dmax 8

Hi all:

 

I have two version of 3dmax 7, and 8,, 7 works fine and 8 too, but yesterday 3dmax 8 did´nt work, When I select .exe, it starts to run but then crash, and it shows and error report, yesterday works and everydays works fine until yesterday, If anyone can help it will great, 3dmax 7 works fine, this is a photo of my problem

Did you try to reinstall it?

yes, but nothing, all 3dmax that i have in my computer work perfect,but 3dmax2008 does´nt work, this is important to create sceneries and mdf and hud position, if anybody what i have to do, tell me please

Which OS do you use? If win 7 go to ..\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsmax\ than delete the Max8 directory. The next start the MAX regenerate the whole directory with your new config files as well.
