Daggoth Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Hii ppl I have a simple question please, will it be possible in Black Shark 2 to control the helicopter with mouse+keyboard ,mouse is used for the cyclic, just like take on helicopter or ArmA for exemple , interacting with cockpit can be done for exemple by holding LAlt button. I already made a topic here asking about this feature in Black Shark 1 Thanks alot in advance and happy gaming !
Nate--IRL-- Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 My answer applies to BS 2 also, sorry. Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
Nate--IRL-- Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Sorry about that, however you might like to know I've just asked the input programmer to consider it for the future. Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
Daggoth Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 ah great news :D i know this game is definetly for joystick, but i'am rarely at home so can't take all the suff + i find mouse flight pretty accurate most of the time. imo its a good thing also to begin with a more "arcade" approach then slightly move to more advanced features, this sumulation is so advanced that its impossible to assimilate all at once :) Take care man,and thanks alot for the conisderation !
rud Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 If you don't mind a bit of messing around you can accomplish this with the program PPJoy to create a virtual joystick and GlovePIE to script it. There are a couple of GlovePIE scripts out there already that can accomplish this, though they might need some tweaking to suit what you want it to do. I just tried this one in the A-10C and it worked surpisingly well. When I left clicked it fired the cannon, surprised me :D http://sites.google.com/site/hristotodorov/mousetojoystick If you want to use the mouse with left alt like you're talking about just put an "If !Keybord.LeftAlt" at the beginning of the script and an "endif" right at the bottom. Things can get a little hairy if you hit left alt while in a steep turn, but a less kludgy tweak to the script would probably fix that.
