Multiplayer Arena Missions

Are there any missions that spawn the player in the air, going approximately 450 knots, around 5000 feet altitude-wise, and ten miles away from the enemy player? An old game, which I'm sure someone here has at least heard of, Jane's Fighters Anthology, has the multiplayer perform this function. Is there a mission to replicate this, as opposed to starting with a takeoff? Because the friend I want to fly with can't takeoff particularly well. He likes to perform a roll upon takeoff which results in a nosedive five meters up.

its easy enough to make a mission like this in the ME - just take any mission you like to fly then open it in the ME.... select the airframe you and your friend fly and change the parameter from "takeoff on runway" to "turning point" and raise the altitude to 5000 feet.
