Keyboard Command Options

I recently lost the ability to assign many of the keyboard command options. Anyone that is a combination of keyboard command such as "B + LCtrl" is blank, and when I try to add the default one and save the input file, I receive an Invalid Actions message. It will take them if they do not have the combination of keys, such as just "B".

 

It seems to be only effecting LOFC2 and not Black Shark.

 

Any thoughts?
