hilllbilllyjoe Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 How can I assign the slew X axis to the rudder in a-10c? at the moment when I assign it to the rudder the rudder does not move (but the keyboard commands still work). This is only a temporary fix as i am buying saitek combat rudder pedals soon, but until then I really need to be able to map the rudder to slew. Thanks heaps for your time.
cichlidfan Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 You should be able to reassign it in options>controls just like any other axis. To be honest, though, without a really good curve that control is way to sensitive to use for rudder control. Can I suggest the friction slider? hilllbilllyjoe Posted January 9, 2012 Author Posted January 9, 2012 ahaha yeah I see what you mean. My problem was I had assigned it in a-10c game not a-10c sim, but yeah the slew control sent me into a tail spin with the slightest movement, friction slider was a good idea, thanks heaps!
